Return Policy
At Velata Perfume (www.velataperfume.com), owned by BAG LIFESTYLE, we strive to provide our customers with premium fragrances. Because our products are personal care items involving hygiene and liquid integrity, our return policy is as follows:
1. No Returns for "Change of Mind"
We do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer simply does not like the scent or has changed their mind after purchase.
- Perfumes are sensitive to temperature and light; once they leave our controlled environment, we cannot restock them for other customers.
- Once a bottle has been sprayed (even once), it is considered a used product and cannot be returned.
2. Exceptions for Returns
The only circumstances under which a return or replacement will be processed are:
- Damaged on Arrival: The product arrived broken or leaking.
- Wrong Item Shipped: You received a different fragrance than the one you ordered.
3. Return Requirements
To process an exception for a return or replacement, you must adhere to the following:
- The 48-Hour Rule: You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- The Unboxing Video: As stated in our Refund Policy, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. We cannot process returns for claimed damages or wrong items without clear video proof of the package being opened for the first time.
- Original Condition: In the case of a "Wrong Item Shipped," the perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original cellophane wrapping (if applicable). If the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item) or damage, BAG LIFESTYLE will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a pickup (where available).
- Customers should not send products back to us without prior written approval from our support team. Packages sent back without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Used or sprayed perfumes.
- Products without their original packaging/box.
- Items reported after the 48-hour delivery window.
- Sale or "Clearance" items.
