  • Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay—no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement.
  • Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location, it usually take 3–7 business days for your VELATA fragrance to arrive.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email / SMS containing a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because perfumes are personal care items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product inside the box is found to be physically damaged or leaking upon arrival. We do not offer returns for "change of mind" or scent preference.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both the customer and the brand, a proper unboxing video is mandatory to claim a return or replacement.

  • The video must be uncut and unedited.
  • It must clearly show the shipping label on the unopened package.
  • The video must capture the entire process of opening the box and revealing the damage to the product inside.
  • Failure to provide a clear, continuous opening video will unfortunately result in the rejection of the return claim.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Attach the unboxing video and photos of the damaged item.
  3. Once our team verifies the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
